아쉬움이 남는 한 해 (ROBERT FROST)

THE ROAD NOT TAKEN
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
로버트 프로스트는 미국의 poet인데 very popular 하며 수필(essay)도가 많지요, 교과서의 text로 많이 쓰일 정도로 famous 하지요
지난 일을 후회 하지 맙시다.
후회는 그 당시 나 자신의 존재를 부정 하는 것일지도 모르니까요.
그러나 앞일은 돌봅시다. 우리는 거대한 인생의 바다는 항해 하는 작은 돛단배 같은 존재니까요.

우리 MJ형은 김대중 영국가듯이 국회의원 버리고 2년 외유나 갔다와서 3년후 다시 시작 하는 것이 어떨지....
